Y&C Transportation Consultants, Inc. (Y&C) is a transportation engineering consulting firm with offices in Sacramento, Fremont, and Milpitas. It specializes in traffic signals, lighting, transportation electrical system, signing, pavement delineation, and work zone traffic control. Y&C has served the Sacramento Metropolitan Area since its establishment in 1997 and completed traffic/electrical engineering plans, specification, and estimates (PS&E) for more than 1,000 transportation projects in over 100 jurisdictions throughout Northern California.
