As I sit at my desk wrapping things up at the end of a long day, I start to think about all that has happened in 2020.  COVID19, working from home, parents becoming teachers, social distancing, it is all so overwhelming.  None the less we persevere.  We can always find the bad, but if we look, we can also find the good.  Business is strong, the fires are over, the rain has started and most importantly spending more time with the family instead of in the car. 

I do hope this message finds you well.  Without a doubt last year was a challenging year for many of us and 2021 has not started out like we all had hoped.  Whatever your situation, it is critical that we have you as a member of ACEC. Please reach out to others in our great profession and encourage them to join and participate. ACEC is more effective with increased membership.

Our next Chapter Membership Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 12:00PM.  We will be using the Microsoft Teams platform, so look for your invitation shortly.  This will be a special meeting.  Kurt Yoshii, ACEC California President will provide an update on the state organization, Marco Palilla will be introducing the “Tim Fleming Memorial Scholarship” winners and most importantly, this meeting will recognize the Chapter Past Presidents.   Please join us in supporting the past, present and future of ACEC.
