ACEC California is seeking a legislator to author our sponsored “Eligibility to Compete” (previously, “Continuity of Services”) bill in 2021.  The local outreach effort to garner public agency support for the bill is ongoing and unaffected by the cessation of AB 626, and is going to be critical to the bill’s success once an author is secured.
