Tim Fleming, Sierra Chapter Past President, 1995—96
I am happy to announce that the Tim Fleming Memorial Scholarship is now in its 9th year of helping Junior and Senior college students majoring in Civil Engineering/Transportation at California State University Sacramento, University of California Davis, and University of the Pacific. Since 2012, 10 students have been awarded scholarships totaling over $17,000.

Applications were due on December 13th and we expect to award a scholarship soon. This year’s winner (s) will be honored at our next Sierra Chapter Past Presidents Dinner scheduled for February 19, 2020.
