Peterson Brustad Incorporated, PBI, was founded in September 2005 to provide engineering consulting services for the water industry. With offices in Folsom and Stockton, CA, we develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients’ water resources and flood control, drinking water, wastewater, and recycled water projects.

PBI’s principals, Dave Peterson, Karl Brustad, and Barry O’Regan have more than 60 years of combined experience in the water industry and are actively involved in project delivery. They ensure our clients receive expert attention, high quality products, and outstanding client service. Our Principals are supported by a team of highly competent and qualified professionals that are focused on water, water resources, wastewater, and recycled water engineering. PBI’s staff currently includes 12 full-time and part-time employees, which includes seven registered engineers.
